What happens next

You applied for the job. Now it is time to find out if we match each other. For vacant positions in our stores, we will call in the best candidates for an interview. It can be a 1-on-1 interview or a group interview. The group interview is based on scenarios you will meet in your daily work. This because we believe you are able to show the best version of yourself when you are in a familiar situation. We can get to know you, and you can be sure that we are right for each other. For a position at the head quarter you may have to take a psychometric test. At the interview, a couple of people will be present to ensure a perfect match. 

Welcome aboard

Once you have joined Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we would like to invite you to our internal onboarding program. This to give you a quick introduction to the company and to let you meet new colleagues. Our job training will teach you everything you need to know, and help you feel safe and familiar in your new job as quickly as possible. If you get a job at the head quarter, you will start with a day in one of our stores. After all, we are here to support them.
